You will be solely responsible for entering accurate information at the time of booking including your name, travel dates, passenger information, contact information and any other information that is needed.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are subject to availability and may be changed prior to booking confirmation.

Additional fees, taxes, service fees, governmental fees, convenience fees or any other fees may be added to the cost of the services, depending on the services reserved.

Customers are responsible for making payments according to the payment terms applicable at the moment of booking.

4. FLIGHT, HOTEL, BUS AND OTHER BOOKINGS

Flight, hotel, bus, cab and other travel reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, availability and policies of the related airline, hotel, transport service provider or service provider.

Changes, cancellations, refunds and amendments are subjected to the policies of the relevant service providers.

BookTripz provides assistance to customers in case of booking-related communications, however the policies of the relevant service providers are applicable finally.

5. HOLIDAY PACKAGES

Holiday packages may contain services like accommodations, transport, sightseeing, meals, activities and other services included in the packages.

The inclusions and exclusions of each package may vary. The customers are recommended to thoroughly examine the package details, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms prior to booking.

Hotels, transport, activities and other services may be subjected to availability and may be replaced by others.

6. VISA SERVICES

Visa services may be provided by BookTripz as per eligibility of the travel destination concerned.

Final decision regarding Visa approval/rejection and processing time is completely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, immigration department or government body.

There will be no guarantee from BookTripz for Visa approval, except otherwise mentioned in writing.

Customer has to ensure that the information and documentation provided for Visa application are true and authentic.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Depending upon the particular service booked and conditions laid down by the service provider concerned, there might be different cancellation and refund policy.

Depending upon the service provider, there could be some cancellation charges and other administrative and service charges and deductions.

Refund processing time will depend upon the airline, hotel, transportation company, payment gateway or bank, or other service provider concerned.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER

The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information.

Checking their travel documents, passport, visa, and other required documents.

Arriving on time at the airports, railway stations, hotels and other points of departure.

Abiding by the rules and regulations of the airlines, hotels, transportation services, immigration authorities and other service providers.

9. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

The customer is responsible for having the proper passports, visas, permits, identification papers and all other required travel documents for their journey.

BookTripz is not liable for any loss due to invalid, expired or missing travel documents.

10. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Some travel services may be provided by third party service providers which include airlines, hotels, transportation services, activity services and other travel partners.

The terms and policies of third party service providers also apply to the booking.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

BookTripz reserves the right to make any modifications, updates or changes to the services, prices, content and availability listed on the Website without prior notice.

Changes in the confirmed booking shall be dealt with according to the policy of booking and service providers.

12. WEBSITE CONTENT

We make efforts to provide you with accurate information through our website. Nevertheless, some information, such as pricing information, availability, schedule, hotel amenities and other travel-related details may vary.

BookTripz cannot guarantee that all the information provided on its website will be complete, up-to-date or free from errors.

BookTripz is not liable for any delays, cancellations, modifications, losses or disruptions resulting from events outside its reasonable control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, political events, technical problems or actions of third parties providing services.
