Sightseeing and Transfers are subjected to weather, road and other prevailing conditions.

Exclusions

- Air or train fare.
- All meals except those specified in the package inclusions.
- Lunch, refreshments, drinks and personal expenditures.
- Ticket to monuments, gardens and places of interest.
- Ticket for Gulmarg Gondola ride and other adventure sports.
- Pony rides, local union vehicle and other sightseeing charges.
- Sightseeing services not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Charges for delays, diversion or any extra use of vehicles apart from the itinerary agreed.
- Travel insurance and medical charges.
- Room heater charges, laundry and telephone calls.
- GST, if not included in the quoted package price.
- Anything not mentioned under the Package Inclusions.

Payment Policy

- Booking Confirmation: Your holiday package booking will be confirmed once the required advance payment has been received.

- Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid within the payment deadline communicated at the time of booking and before the start of your trip.

- Availability: Hotel rooms, transportation and other travel services are subject to availability until your booking is confirmed.

- Additional Services: Any extra services or special requests not included in your package will be charged separately.

- Taxes & Additional Charges: Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be communicated to you before booking confirmation.

- Payment Charges: Any applicable bank transfer or payment gateway charges will be payable as communicated at the time of booking.

- Payment Terms: Customers are requested to follow the payment schedule shared by BookTripz to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

Cancellation Policy

- All cancellation requests should be made in writing to BookTripz or booking agent.
- Charges for cancellation will depend on the date of cancellation, hotel/houseboat cancellation policies, transport and supplier policies.
- Any non-refundable charges from hotels/houseboats/transports/tours will be charged as per the supplier’s policy.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed only upon confirmation of the amount to be refunded by the respective supplier.
- There will be no refund for any unused services, missed tours and early check-out, unless decided separately with the supplier.
- For cancellation due to severe weather conditions, closure of roads or any government restrictions, the supplier's policy and amount recovered will be applicable.
- Wherever applicable, the charges for payment gateway/bank will also be deducted from the refund, as per the supplier's policy.
- The final cancellation policy as informed at the time of booking will apply.

Terms & Conditions

- Validity of the package - from October 2026 to February 2027; subject to availability & supplier confirmation.
- Package period is 5 Nights / 6 Days.
- Rate per person varies on the basis of group size and choice of vehicle category.
- Hotel and Houseboat accommodation as per the confirmed booking.
- Normal timings of check-in and check-out at the hotel apply.
- Itinerary can be changed because of weather, snowfall, road closures, traffic, government regulations or any unforeseen event.
- Gulmarg gondola ride and pony ride and other optional tour activities can be enjoyed subject to their availability.
- Visitors have to carry valid ID proof issued by the Government.
- Additional charges, if any, incurred due to delay in schedule and change in itinerary will be borne by the visitor.
- The supplier confirmed hotel, transport and sightseeing service applies for the final booking.
- Rates & Services subject to reconfirmation before booking.
- Booking is subject to receipt of payment.
